Impact
Each sprint consisted of a team of three - changing according to the needs of the sprint. I was the main product/ business design and research lead, playing a key role in their refreshed product strategy and exploration of a new B2C care planning product.
The Holding Co.'s work has served as a critical foundation for Wellthy’s growth and success. Wellthy raised a significant Series B round in June 2021 - bringing their valuation to over $50M. They have 100% client retention and a 91 NPS score.
